In the Food Tech Kitchen


This issue we revisit the students in our Year 7 Food Tech class, who have been practising their grating skills and perfecting their presentation. Working in pairs, students were required to make Potato and Vegetable Rostis with a side Salad.

The meals looked incredibly tasty, with three of the students scoring 10/10 for their finished product! Beth O'Brien and Aiden Brydson's plump, golden brown, Rostis were the highlight of the day, while Tristian Drinkwater had the most mouth-watering salad. Well done to everyone for their outstanding efforts!
