Riverina-Murray Training Awards 

Congratulations goes to Jacinta Simpson on receiving a Finalist Award for a School Based Trainee of the Year at the 2018 NSW Training Awards. Jacinta was nominated for the award due to her current achievements in her Certificate III in Fitness which is an industry area she shows great interest in and plans to work in once she completes Year 12. She has been completing her School Based Traineeship at OMG (Our Mob's Gym) whose main focus is to improve the fitness and health of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders within the Griffith Community. Last Friday evening Jacinta received her finalist award from the Hon. Deputy Prime Minster Michael McCormack at the Awards night, she presented herself well in an impromptu interview onstage. A great ambassador for our school, well done Jacinta.
