Learning Assistant Principal's Report

D’Astoli Award winners

On the final two days for students, we celebrated excellence of achievement and effort in a wide variety of areas, both curricular and co-curricular.  Among the many academic, application & diligence, music, languages, sports, media, social justice and other awards, the most prestigious of the Nazareth College awards is the D’Astoli Trophy, named in honour of Nazareth College’s founding principal, Mr Paul D’Astoli.  The D’Astoli Trophy is awarded to the top-ranked academic student in each of Years 7 - 11.

Semester Two Reports

Semester Two reports for Year 10 – 12 students are now available for parents to access via PAM.

Parents of Year 7 – 9 students will receive an email from the College when the Year 7 – 9 Semester Two reports are available on PAM (expected to be Wednesday 13 December).  This email will include instructions about where to find the report in each child’s profile.

eLearning 2018

As noted in the previous newsletter, from 2018 all Nazareth College students will participate in the Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) Program. Current Year 7 – 11 students will already be in possession of an iPad and may continue to use that device in 2018 as long as it is in good working order. Students must bring a suitable laptop, iPad/tablet (not a smart phone), or hybrid device to their classes each day.

Details of the BYOD program are available on SIMON in two separate documents:
