Twilight Christmas Festival

We would like to thank-you for your understanding relating to the postponement of our Twilight Festival. Whilst we had most things under control the weather was certainly not and Mother Nature had other ideas.

The great news is we have rescheduled to Friday March 16, 2018. So mark your diary and get ready for our Easter Festival. Once again we will be seeking people to volunteer to help out on stalls and with set up and pack up. Please contact us by email to ncpa@nazareth.vic.edu.au.

Volunteer Thank-you Evening

It was fabulous to see so many attend our first Thank-you evening on Wednesday 6 December. It gave us an opportunity to show our appreciation for the time and effort our volunteers and staff gave during 2017. Congratulations to our lucky draw winners – Sam Holden, Michelle Calleja and Penny Adams.

Thank-you to Roma Deli for the amazing spread of food supplied on the night.

 

Business Partners

Del Real Estate, whose generous and ongoing support of Nazareth College is outstanding. Please speak with Neb for home appraisals, for rentals or selling your home. Their knowledge of the area is second to none.

Community Programs

NAB, Waverley Gardens-provide Nazareth with a commission when a member of our community or friend of someone in community take out a home loan. Speak with Zac or Ray and mention Nazareth College in your discussion. Contact them on PH. 8585 9100 to make an appointment for a loan appraisal. 

ANZ have a community program to support registered organizations by providing remuneration when members in that community take out a home loan. Speak with Jerome Chandrsekera ph. 0435 965 077, James Selvarajah ph. 0401 707 676 or Vijay Chadha ph. 0466 533 602 to arrange an appointment. Let them know you are part of the Nazareth community.

Funding

We are very proud to announce the NCPA has provided a $10 000 in funding to certain programs such as a STEM outer space NASA project, provided plants for the beautification of the college grounds, funded the building of the covered BBQ area outside Café Naz and supplied the BBQ, provided catering for numerous events during the year, including the official opening by the Premier of the Joseph Centre.

None of which is possible without our committee and volunteers. Thank-you to everyone who has supported the NCPA in whatever way you did. It is truly appreciated.

 

As the year comes to an end and the celebration of the festive season is upon us. Let’s take time to give thanks to all in our Nazareth community and remember to give to those who are less fortunate than us. May the blessings of Christmas be with you.  Relax, stay safe and enjoy your families over the Christmas period.
