Tuition fees 2018
Tuition fees for 2018 have been produced and issued. Most families would have received their invoices and statements last Friday (24 November). Families new to the College and those that have not provided the College with an email address should receive their invoice in the mail this week. If you do not receive your 2018 Invoice by Wednesday 6 December 2017 please contact the College Accounts Office.
Direct Debits will begin at the end of January 2018. Families with current Direct Debit Arrangements will be notified in the next couple of weeks regarding starting dates and amounts. New families or current families that want to pay by Direct Debit can complete the attached Direct Debit Form and return it to the College Accounts Office by 20 December 2017.
Term 1 2018 payments are due by Friday 16 February 2018. If you pay your fees in full by Friday 16 February 2018 you are entitled to a discount of $250.00.
Fee Payment Option Form
All families (new and current) are required to complete the College Fee Payment Option Form. This compulsory form was issued to families at the Year 7 Information Night and mailed to all others this week. A copy of the form is attached. Please complete and return to the College Accounts Office by 15 December 2017.
CSEF (Camps, Sports and Excursion Fund)
CSEF is provided by the Victorian Government to assist eligible families to cover the costs of school trips, camps and sporting activities. If you hold a valid Means-tested Concession Card or are a Temporary Foster Parent, you may be eligible for CSEF. A Special Consideration Category also exists for asylum seeker and refugee families. The allowance is paid to the school to use towards expenses relating to camps, excursions or sporting activities for the benefit of your child.
Contact the College Accounts Office to obtain a CSEF Application Form or download from www.education.vic.gov.au/csef
NEW FOR 2018! If you applied for the CSEF at Nazareth College in 2017, you do not need to complete an Application Form in 2018 unless there has been a change in your family circumstances. You only need to complete an Application Form if any of the following changes have occurred:
- new student enrolments; your child has started or changed schools in 2018 or you did not apply in 2017.
- changed family circumstances; such as a change of custody, change of name, concession card number, or new siblings commencing at the school in 2018. Check with the College Accounts Office if you are unsure.
