Little Lambs at the Ag Farm
Spring seems to have sprung early on the Ag farm with new Suffolk lambs being born every second day. We have seen two sets of twins and two single lambs born over the last few days.
Wingham Beef Week, Hunter Valley Monday 16 - Friday 20 May
The Kempsey High School AG Team are in full swing, working with a fresh mob of young steers in preparation for the October Upper Hunter Beef Bonanza at Scone. Here are some more photos from the week, including the all-important marshmallow, roasting back at the campfire.
Thank you to Jamie and the Milly Hill Meats team. They provided students with an opportunity to visit their butchery and allowed them to sharpen their meat judging skills with an educational session in the cool room.
