Easter Performance
Tomorrow (Thursday 6th April 10am) we will perform our annual Holy Week liturgy/performance in the Marian centre. It is always a very reflective and reverent event that the whole school takes part in. Parents and carers are most welcome to attend.
Easter Bonnet Parade
Congratulations to all the Grade P/1/2 for the wonderful display of Easter bonnets today at school. There was quite a crowd in attendance to watch the children parade.
Cross Country
Well done to all students for the way they took on the school cross country event last week. It was great to see them all taking on the challenge of cross country running. Thank you to Mr Preston for organising the day.
Gr 5/6 Cybersafety Night
Thank you to all families who attended the Gr 5/6 cybersafety night last week. David Williams from the Catholic Education Office facilitated the evening and raised some very important messages about being safe online.
P&F AGM
I was thrilled to see so many people at last night's St Mary's Parent's and Friend's AGM. We farewelled the outgoing president Kim Smith and thanked her for her many years as both a general committee member and as president. I have witnessed the hard work and dedication Kim has shown in her role and St Mary’s has genuinely benefitted from this. We are very grateful that Vanessa Williams has accepted her nomination to become the new president. Vanessa is keen to continue the wonderful work our P&F does each year. I ask all parents and carers to please keep an eye out for P&F notifications and assist when you can.
Gr 5/6 Music
I dropped in to the music room today when I heard some wonderful music playing. The Gr 5/6 were playing the song "Thunder" and it was fantastic!
Bingo Helpers Needed!
Thank you to those parents and carers who have volunteered to assist with Bingo on a Saturday night. Your generosity is greatly appreciated. If you are interested please contact Maree Williams 0438 084 364.

We may have a future Prime Minister on our hands! Congratulations Ava.

Rosie is a helpful and responsible student who is an excellent role model to others around her. She has a love of learning and is excited when facing challenging work in the the classroom.Rosie is an excellent reader and was able to recite her assembly prayer without reading it!
