One Act Play Festival

On Thursday 23rd March excited parents and friends enjoyed seven groups of students performing their short student-directed plays situated around the theme ‘Twisted Literature’ at this year's One Act Play Festival. You could feel the energy and buzz in the BlackBox from all the students involved both on stage and backstage.

The Best Overall Play was awarded to Blood and Mushrooms – a clever play highlighting the characters from the Mario universe on their perspective when encountering Mario.

A hearty Bravo and Brava to all the students who invested in the creativity and problem-solving of devising and presenting their own scripts. A special thank you to the Tech Team and Backstage Crew for their efforts behind the scenes that ensures a smooth and fun event for all.
