MOTHER’S DAY GIFT BOXES
SUNDAY 14 MAY
This year the Mother’s day 'Gift Boxes' will be held on Thursday 11 & Friday 12 May
All students are invited to bring along $4 (correct money please) to purchase a gift for their Mum from the ‘Gift Box’ in their classroom on these days.
There are extra gifts available if required.
Year 1 Excursion - ‘Box Pets’
On Thursday 10th May, the children in Year 1 will walk to the Colac Community Library and Learning Centre to participate in a story telling activity and to observe the Colac Secondary College students ‘Box Pets’.
The Year 1 children will need to wear their school uniform, and bring along their drink bottle and a piece of fruit.
Children will walk to the Library at 9:00am and return at approximately 11:15am.

Foundation School Nursing Program
Last week all Foundation children were sent home with a School Nursing Program form to complete. Please complete and return this if you wish or do not wish for your child to participate. At Sacred Heart we value this opportunity for a professional to review your child’s health.
Samantha Reid (school Nurse) will visit the Foundation children on Tuesday 11th and Wednesday 12th of July. Samantha works with the children in small groups to review their vision, hearing and development.
Please ensure that all forms are returned by Monday 22nd May.

UNIFORM SHOP
UNIFORM SHOP WILL BE OPEN ON FRIDAY'S BY AN APPOINTMENT
Please call our office at anytime to schedule an appointment on a Friday during Uniform shop hours. If you are unable to attend on uniform day, Richelle will still be available to take your orders by phoning on a Friday during our Uniform shop hours which are 10am - 12noon. Payment can be made at this time using a Credit Card. Once payment has been made, orders will be packed and sent home each Friday with your child.
Alternatively, you can download the order form from our website or your PAM account via ‘knowledge bank’. Complete the form and send it with the correct money with your child or phone for payment on Friday.
If sizing is an issue, you are able to send clothing back (still with tags) and it will be swapped over for you...children are unable to be called up to office to be sized for clothing without a parent/guardian in attendance.
