Building update WCC

William Cowper Carpark

The carpark is progressing well and should be operationally completed by early Term 3. There will be some finishing touches to be made to the carpark early next term and completion of the pickup and drop off shelter will be delayed until August.

We appreciate the patience of the whole School Community as the disruption to parking and pickup/drop off has been constant and varied. Michael Wilson has done a great job of communicating and managing changes to the project to all stakeholders and TPE Constructions has been an excellent and understanding partner for this project.

The completion of the car park is a significant positive improvement for all our community. The project also allows for the continued expansion of the William Cowper Campus.

Multi Use Classroom 2

We are pleased to advise that we are nearing commencement for the Multi Use Classroom 2. The delay from January has been due to redesign, engineering and recosting of critical parts of the project which will vastly improve the building’s effectiveness for all students and staff. Whilst we have tried to minimise delays in construction, they are largely out of our control. I am really looking forward to the commencement of construction.
