Principal's Report

Dear families,

150 YEAR CELEBRATION

STAFFING UPDATE

Unfortunately, Kelly Hines has tendered her resignation, and will be finishing at Toolamba on Friday 26th May. Kelly has been a pleasure to have at Toolamba Primary School. Her professionalism and dedication to her teaching is commendable.

We are very pleased to announce that Carly Tuhan will be in the classroom full-time until the end of the term. Currently we have positions advertised and appointments will be made by the end of next week for take-up in Term 3.

We would like to welcome Tayhlah Sammut to our staff. Tayhlah has a combined role of assisting with Before and After School Care and providing Education Support in the classroom.

BUSES

The bus drivers have requested that families not park in the roundabout during school drop off and pick up. They are finding it extremely difficult to manouver around the roundabout when cars are parked in the no stopping area.

Your child’s name, grade and order must be written on a brown paper bag. Correct money is to be put inside the bag. Orders are required back at school by Thursday morning.

MOTHERS DAY BREAKFAST

Our Junior School Council Mother's Day breakfast was a very popular event, with over 200 adults and children in attendance. The delicious food, flowers and the lively conversations all came together to create a warm and welcoming environment. Thank you once again to Juanita and the parents who helped with the food preparation.
