This week we worked hard to finish a couple of tasks so students could learn how to upload their own work to SeeSaw. We completed a writing and maths task and then we went through step by step of how students can upload their own work. If you can see notifications that the same piece of work has been uploaded a couple of times we are still practicing but the students were really excited to know that their parents would be able to see their work. 

In writing we have continued focusing on writing simple and decodable sentences. Last week the students focused on the who and the what doing, which this week we learnt, can also be called a verb. Next we had a look at where. We looked at different pictures and discussed where the animal/person was. Students had a go at writing this. It has been amazing to see the confidence growing in students and how well they are structuring their sentences. They have been working really hard at listening to the sounds in words. 

In maths we have continued looking at sharing, practising our counting and writing numbers. The students have worked really hard in maths this week.
