Melbourne Zoo – Virtual Excursion

The Yr 12 Biology class attended a webinar with Melbourne Zoo this week on Primate Evolution. Students were able to consolidate their knowledge of Natural Selection and Evolution by looking at structural similarities and DNA evidence that supports the idea of the evolution of the Primate group. The class listened to the presentation through Webex and were able to answer and ask questions with the education staff at the Zoo.
