Weekly Bulletin

Based on feedback from Parents and Teachers, we have recently introduced a "Weekly Bulletin"that is distributed via SMS link on Fridays and can also be found in the 'Newsletter' section of the CHPS website.  The Weekly Bulletin contains everything you need to know for the week ahead.  This has reduced the number of individual text messages sent each week as all important information is streamlined.  Keep an eye out for the Weekly Bulletin SMS, every Friday.

Term 3 Optional Extras (Incursion/Excursion Levies)

Please note that the Optional Extras Levies for Term 3 are due by Friday 26th July.  Please pay on Qkr! or contact the office if you need assistance.

School Banking

School Banking will recommence in Term 3.  Collections will take place on Tuesdays. 

Staff Car Park - Strictly Staff Use Only

A reminder that the Staff Car Park is NOT A DROP OFF / PICK UP ZONE.  

Parents/Guardians are not authorised to use the Staff Car Park. 

There is nearby parking available around the perimeter of the School on Thames Promenade, Wells Road Service Lane and Seccull Drive (from which you can walk to school safely via Wells Road or Mayo Lane), as well as Fifth and Sixth Avenues or Teresa Court (off Chelsea Park Drive), which are also a short walk to school. 

Parent Contact Details

It is vital we have up to date email addresses, phone numbers and residential addresses for families.  In emergency situations and if your child is sick, it is crucial that we can contact you easily.  If you have changed your phone number or your Emergency Contacts have altered, please either use the Sentral Parent Portal to update these or send the school an email chelsea.heights.ps@edumail.vic.gov.au
