Student Challenges

Each week we will have two or more student challenges. One will link directly to our school values, while the other one will be a bit of fun to break the boredom. Submitted photos / videos will go into the year level newsletter with winners announced at each level.

Last week: House Colour Treasure Hunt Challenge and Isolation Poem or Song

Thank you to everyone for your fantastic entries into the week 5 challenges. Have a look in the student newsletters to see some of the best entries.

The RHSports challenge continues until May 31 so you can still participate this week to win prizes for our college.

Challenge 1 - At Home Workout  #RESPECT

Since we have been stuck inside and not having as much physical exercise as we normally do it is time to get up and move by completing an at home workout. If you are having trouble figuring out what to do there are plenty of home workout clips on YouTube to assist you.

Film yourself completing your workout and send a 15 second video. to BLC@prsc.vic.edu.au by Monday 25th May.  Don’t forget to tell us your full name and home group. Students who submit videos will receive points for their house.

Challenge 2 - eSports: Win prizes for our college  #RESPECT

RHSports is offering an online school vs. school e-challenge that you can participate in from home. All you have to do is go to their website (rhsports.com.au)  and pick a challenge such as ‘Basketball Speed Dribble’. Follow the instructions and complete the challenge, then submit your results via the entry form on their website. It’s easy! Don’t forget to select Patterson River Secondary College as your school so we can climb up the leader board and win prizes for the school in the form of sports equipment! Good luck and have fun!
