HOUSE ATHLETICS

It was another great event on Friday and credit to all students and staff for their participation and enthusiasm. As announced we congratulate Gerard on winning the carnival.

We again had many great performances and outstanding efforts by all students and Year level Champions will be published in the coming weeks.

ACC ATHLETICS TRAINING

After another outstanding carnival and many great individual efforts students will be invited to train for the upcoming ACC Athletics Carnival. Training begins Monday after school at Ross Reserve on the 24th February, 2:30-3:30pm.  Students will be transported to and from the track and can be picked up from Ross Reserve or make their way to Noble Park Station.

IMPORTANT ACC DATES TERM 1

Monday 17th Feb – ACC Swim Trial Carnival, Doncaster Pool.  12noon – 3pm

Thursday 27th Feb – ACC Swimming Carnival, MSAC Albert Park.  4pm – 9pm

Wednesday 18th Mar – ACC Senior Grand Finals - Volleyball, Tennis, Cricket

Wednesday 25th Mar – ACC Athletics Albert Park Track 9am – 4:30pm

ACC SWIMMING

We have only 3 weeks until the ACC Swim Carnival and it was very pleasing to have 15 students at training last Monday. Training will continue up until the event each Monday after school at MARC and Wednesday and Friday mornings at Monash University from 7am – 8am. Mr Pearson and Mr Nguyen are training the boys with enthusiasm and passion and it is rubbing off on the boys. We will provide transport back to the College from each morning session and ask that parents could please drop their sons at the pool. Students are driven to and back from the pool on a Monday and we are more than happy for students to be picked up from the pool on a Monday.
