School Bus Services for 2022

We would like to thank you for your continued patronage and for the trust you place in Ventura’s bus services during such a challenging year. As the school environment continues to evolve with a mixture of remote and traditional learning, Ventura is continually adapting to the needs of our customers through timetable, route and technology improvements. Similar to previous years, we would like your feedback on the services Ventura provide on behalf of Department of Transport (DoT) to your school and work with you to improve the transport experience of your students. To better capture your suggestions and feedback, we have implemented an electronic form tailored to all relevant aspects of service feedback. This form will ensure your feedback is received and actioned in a timely manner by our network planning department. Also, Ventura is in the process of rolling out unique bus destination route displays across our network. Every DoT school service operated by Ventura will be renumbered to a four-digit unique route number with origin or destination. This initiative will create certainty for students, parents and school staff and result in easy identification of bus services. An example and listing of applicable routes for your school are available in the image link below. We look forward to your continued support, if you have any other feedback or comments please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.

Yours sincerely

Hayden Matthews
