Interview with Nicole Grant

Interview with Ms Nicole Grant

Class teacher 4B

How long have you worked at BNPS?

A long time! I came here in 2001 as a graduate prep teacher. So that makes it 21 years!

Who  inspires you?

My Mum for her patience, open mind and easy going nature, my Dad for his work ethic and generosity and my kids for the devotion to their sport.

What is your favourite thing to do on the weekends?

Watch my kids play sport and catch up with friends for dinner or walks.

Are you an early bird or a night owl?

An early bird for the gym and then I usually grow horns and blow fire when I’m tired at night time!

If you weren't a teacher, what do you think you might be doing?

I’ve always wanted to be a teacher and a Mum so I’m lucky I got to be both!

What might someone be surprised to know about you ?

I went to Beauy North as a student in Year 6.

What is something you saw recently that made you smile?

My three year old niece singing “So long farewell” from The Sound of Music -she’s pretty cute and may be on the stage one day!

If you could trade places with anyone for a day, who would you choose ?

An Australian Ballet dancer.

What would you like to say to your class?

Great work during another challenging year. Always do your best and you’ll never look back. Good luck in the senior school – you’ll be great!
