School Fees/Accounts

Please note that the Accounts Office will be closed from Tuesday, March 24, 2020 until Friday, March 27, 2020, inclusive.  Payments can still be made via BPAY.  Please refer to your current statement for your BPAY reference. Fees

Unless you have a confirmed instalment payment arrangement with the College, the due date for payment of fees was 28/2/2020. New instalment holders will have already arranged their payment options and if you have a plan from last year it will automatically carry over to this year. If you wish to have an instalment plan but have not submitted the forms as yet, please do so now.  Reminder statements will be emailed over the holidays and payment will be expected.  If there is any difficulty in managing the fee payment, please call within the next week and make an appointment with the Business Manager, Sandra Rotunno, to discuss other payment options and how we can help.

CSEF

If you currently hold a valid Health Care Card or Pension Card you are eligible for the CSEF (Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund) allowance payment from the State Government.  If you have not applied yet, come to the Finance Department and complete an application form now. You need to present your concession card when submitting the application.  If you have claimed this allowance last year there is no need to complete another form.
