Hi Everyone,

What a fabulous end to last term – the Colour Run Explosion sure was a great way to end Term 1, along with a great Easter hat parade and raffle. Thank you to everyone who contributed to these events – from donations to the organisation of them. We also held another meeting and made some great plans for Terms 2 and 3.

Events – Term 2:

Mother’s Day Stall – Wednesday 8th May/ Thursday 9th May

We will be running the stall again this year with the opportunity for students to purchase a gift for their Mum/ Special Person should they wish. Items will be $5 and each child will be limited to purchasing 2 items max on the Wednesday with Thursday being an opportunity for those who missed out or who wish to buy more.

Mother’s Day – Friday 10th May

A note will be sent home this week.

Mums/ Guardians/ Grandmas/ Aunts and special persons are invited to come and spend time with their child from 1.00pm – 1.30pm in the classroom and then join us for Afternoon Tea from 1.30pm in the Gym. This event is really well attended and is a fun and relaxing afternoon. Tickets will be $10 and we are seeking donations of sweet or savoury food.

Special lunch – Subway – Friday 24th May

A note will be sent home in early May for those wishing to order a Subway Lunch on this date.

Icy Poles

These will be available every Friday during Term 2.

Parents & Friends meetings

We will publish the next meeting date & time shortly via Compass. We, as always, would love to see

new and old faces come along and get involved – there’s always plenty to do!
