2A - Mr E

What a busy week in 2A! We have been building our understanding of place value through games and crafts. The students constructed a number slider that they could use to name the 3-digit numbers they created. It was noisy, challenging and FUN!

2B - Miss Bailey

Last week 2B completed their first Big Write for the year. Their topic was to write a descriptive piece about their bedroom. I was amazed by the quality of everyone's writing and with all the WOW words they were able to come up with. 2B used words like beautiful, outstanding, soft, snuggle, precious, divine and messy to describe their bedrooms. At the end of our Big Write session, a few students were given the opportunity to share their work. If they are chosen to share their Big Write they also get to blow out our special Big Write candle and make a wish. 2B is so excited to do our next Big Write!

2C - Mr K

We are really enjoying our Science lessons this term with Miss Elisa. Here we were learning how  coloured dye absorbs on paper.
