Performing Arts

This week in Performing Arts:

In Performing Arts we have now finished our Drama focus for Term 1. The children should be congratulated on their efforts to perform an improvised scene in front of their peers. We had doctors, patients, talking dogs, owners, wizards and witches all performing. We learnt the importance of saying ‘yes’ to our partners and continuing a scene while listening and noticing each other on stage. A very entertaining few weeks we have all had!

This week we have moved onto a Dance focus. Over the next few weeks we will be learning all about dance and may even come home with some new moves to show you!
