In the midst of a national pandemic, it is even more important that we look after ourselves and each other.
Our learning focus for 2022 is Koi te Hinengaro me Koi te Tinana - Healthy Mind and Healthy Body.
To help kick start our year our staff were invited to create a 1-2 minute video modelling how we practice Koi te Hinengaro me Koi te Tinana - Healthy Mind and Healthy Body.
Each fortnight we sill share with you a few staff videos. Hopefully you will be encouraged by our videos and continue to, or will begin to be inspired to develop Koi te Hinengaro me Koi te Tinana - Healthy Mind and Healthy Body practices.
