Year 10 Mock Interviews

YEAR 10 MOCK INTERVIEWS

A few weeks ago we completed Mock Interviews for Year 10 students. 

Jacq Campbell and Jane Reid from the CCLLEN, along with a number of interviewers from different organisations gave their time for our students to go through a mock job interview.

The Year 10 students had to write a job application letter for a specific job and get a resume together as part of the process. While there were some students away on the day who still need to go through the process, it was an overwhelmingly positive experience for the students. Most students don’t often realise the range of skills and experience they have been part of through sporting clubs, part-time work and other community events. Going through these interviews helps students get a better understanding of their strengths. 

Thanks to the CCLLEN for running a session with the Year 10 students in advance and organising the interviewers on the day.
