UPDATED - School fees

As we begin the new school year, we remind families to finalise any outstanding balance for 2022. If you are not on a payment plan or have not discussed arrangements with the school Principal, we kindly request that all 2022 school fees are paid up by the end of February.

2023 school fees will be billed in the coming weeks and statements will be sent home.

Any outstanding balances, debt or credit, will be rolled over to 2023 school fees.

Please don’t hesitate to contact the school office or Mr Butts if you have any questions regarding your fees or if you need to discuss payment options.

The successful running of school programs for your child’s education relies on fees being paid. Thank you for your cooperation.

If you wish to use this method for fee payment, please complete form and return to the school office as soon as possible to enable this to be setup.

For exisitng Direct Debit users, a new Authority Form is required each year, this will not automatically reccommence.

NEW - Camps Sports & Excursion Fund

The Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund assists eligible families with costs associated with school camps, sports or excursions.

An information sheet and application form are attached below.

Working With Children Check

Parents or family members who wish to help out in the classrooms, on excursions or helping with P&F events are required to have an up to date Working With Children's Card.

These can be applied for online and there is no cost if you are a volunteer. A copy of this needs to be passed onto the school office.

Late arrival / Early collection

Students who arrive at school after 9.00am must present to the office for students to be signed in.

Students who leave school before 3.20pm will need to be signed out through the office.

If your child is going to be late or leaving early, please notify the office or your teacher direct rather than submitting via PAM as this affects our absences on the roll.

Student Absences

If your child is absent, please notify the school via PAM.

Instructions are detailed on the 'Simon Everywhere' page of this newsletter.

Alternatively absences can be phoned through to the school office or notify your students teacher direct.

Following government guidelines, schools are legislated to contact families regarding ’unexplained absences’, and parents will receive a text message if your student is marked absent on the class roll, including late arrivals that are not signed in at the office. If you receive a message, we ask you to please contact the office to notify reason for absence.

UPDATED - Subway

Subway lunch orders continue this year. A new order form with new pricing is attached.

Please have order in class tub Thursdays for delivery Fridays.

Late orders will only be accepted at Subway until close of business Thursday evenings.

Student Medical profile

All student medical information and permission notes will be collected and sent out through PAM.

We ask all families to make any updates to their students medical profile through PAM by clicking the "red bell" in the top right hand corner of the home page or through the school office.

Updated - Summer School Uniform

Summer uniform is to be worn in Term 1.

Grey bottoms (short), polo (short or long sleeve), school jumper if needed, grey socks for boys, white socks for girls, all black shoes.

OR

Girls summer dress, white socks & black shoes.

PE - black bottoms - no logos or branding, school polo, white socks and sneakers.

We also require your nominated emergency contact details to be current & up to date.

Medication

Families are reminded to please ensure they provide up to date medical plans and necessary, in date, medications to the office.

A signed authority form is required for staff to administer medications.

Parents are reminded that all medication, including non prescription to be administered at school or on camp or excursions, requires a pharmaceutical label detailing student name and dosage, along with a signed authority form is also required, a copy of this is located below.
