Level 3 News

We hope all families had an enjoyable and relaxing break. It was great to see the students again after a few weeks. We have jumped straight into interpreting data in Maths.

 Students have been asked to interpret data as well as create their own picture graphs.

The focus in Writing is on persuasive. Students have worked on different persuasive devices to help strengthen their writing and even wrote letters about being unused crayons! 

Our focus in Reading has been on identifying the authors purpose, why was the text written? We have also started our Term 4 topic for inquiry, First Fleet. 

Thank you to all the families who came to collect the book packs last week. The uncollected book packs are out the front of the school office for you to collect at your convenience.
