Principal's Report

Dear Parents and Friends,

Thank you to those parents who have been able to attend Meet and Greets this week. We have had the perfect weather to hold these on the turf, something we may continue! Please contact your child's teacher if you need to arrange an alternative time.

Thank you also to those parents who have been able to fill out our Parent Engagement 2022 form. A reminder that this is open until this Friday, please contact me past this date if you wish to be involved, plenty of opportunities!

Student Birthdays

This year we would like to invite students to wear casual clothes to acknowledge their birthday. Any students who have had, or will have a holiday or weekend birthday are invited to choose an appropriate day to wear casual clothes to celebrate birthdays.

Early Morning Supervision

A reminder that on-site supervision begins at 8:30 am. If your child needs to be onsite earlier than 8:30 am on the odd occasion, please contact the office.

Year 2-6 Swimming This Week

A reminder that our Year 2-6 students will be participating in swimming lessons at the Beechworth pool this coming Thursday and Friday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday next week. Please see emails for electronic permission notes via PAM. 

School Fees 2022

School fees for the 2022 school year were set last year as part of our budget process and are as follows:

Family Fee $1170 (payable on a per-family basis)

Land Levy & Capital Fee $150 (payable on a per-family basis)

Junior Student Fee/Curriculum Levy $490 (per student in years F-2)

Middle/Senior Student Fee/Curriculum Levy $560 (per student in years 3-6)

Excursion/CSEF Levy $135 per student 

Canberra Camp Fees $420 (per student in years 4-6)

All families will receive school fee invoices/statements via email by the end of this week, and we will also be sending home the fee payment options form, which we ask you to fill out and return to the school office by Friday 4th March 2022.  Payment options include weekly, fortnightly or monthly direct debit payments, direct credit payments into the school's bank account, cash/cheque payment to the school office or payment via Centrepay.  If you have concerns about paying your school fees before the end of the year, please contact Carly or Taryn at the school to discuss a suitable payment arrangement.
