Wakakirri LIVE 2022!
Dear Parents and Carers,
Preparation is now well underway for Wakakirri 2022- Choreography has been planned, roles have been assigned, music has been prepped and rehearsals have begun!
Our story this year takes us on a journey with Hush and her Grandmother and the guardians of the forest. Hush has been made invisible by Grandma’s magic after a close escape from a snake, and so they must travel through the forest to find the Guardians of the Night Sky, Guardians of the River and Guardians of the Sunrise to ask them to fill Hush’s bucket and make her visible again.
All students who have expressed interest in being involved this year have been assigned a permission and payment request on Sentral. Permission and payment for Wakakirri is due by Friday May 13.
Our performance will take place sometime during the week of August 22 and August 26. Further details will be released later in the term.
Thank you for your support, we are very excited!
