Absences 

Please remember you only have 7 days to explain your child's absence on Compass. After 7 days you lose the opportunity to explain why your child was not at school.  You will receive an SMS to prompt you to complete the task at 9:30am on the day if you have not already done this.

Compass Permission Note changes

The permission section of our Compass permission notes now changes depending on the event.  When you are completing the permission section, please read it carefully as occasionally items need to be ticked as well as the usual signature and phone number entries.

School Marketing Campaign

What can you do to help?

  1. We would really love for you to let us know your reasons for sending your children to this school.  This can happen in three ways.
    • We would like to hear from you via email on our quiadmin@arm.catholic.edu.au email address with the subject heading of School Promotion and/or.....
    • We would like volunteers to be filmed recommending the school - mums and dads. This would be a short video that we can share via our FB page and possibly our Website as well, so if you are feeling brave, please contact Kate and we can organise to video you in a stress free way.
  2. Speak with your child about the way they represent our school whether it be on the bus ride home or shopping in the afternoon while they are in uniform. People often comment on how well behaved our students are and we would like them to realise that these things are noticed by our community.
  3. Be aware of how you are promoting our school generally.  Word of mouth is very effective and in order to grow our school we rely on our current school community to communicate to the general public in a positive way.

Please call Kate Thompson to arrange to have an enrolment package sent home if your child will be ready to start school in 2022. 

FINANCE 

School Fees

School fees are due by 18 June, 2021. These can be paid by Qkr!, EFT or Direct Debit.  We are currently updating the school fee records in readiness for the changeover to a new accounting system.  Statements will issue to both parents, however if you are a single fee payer this change will not affect you.  If you require any changes to your account please advise, eg. split school fee account or children billed to separate parents (both these will need confirmation from both parties and the percentage allocation to each party).  If you need assistance, please call Tracey Klitsch on Tuesdays or Thursdays between 9am and 3pm.
