Message from Rhonda Fletcher

This has been a busy term for our students and staff. Students have been busy with their learning and staff have worked hard to prepare and deliver lessons as well as write reports on students’ progress. Thankyou to all of our families for your support during the recent remote learning period. Our staff were prepared with take home packs for all of the students and teachers contacted families during the second week to check on the students. Our students were happy to return to school when the lockdown ended and they have settled back in to school well after this short period.

COVID NEWS

As COVID restrictions ease our students are now allowed again to go out on community access. We are still unable to use our hydrotherapy pool but we hope that when we return to school after the holidays we will be able to start our water programs again.

QR CODES

We now have QR codes displayed at the front entrance and office for parents, carers and visitors to our school need to check-in when they enter the school buildings. This is a requirement by the Department of Education and Victorian Government. If you are coming into the school building you must check-in when you enter.

STUDENT REPORTS

Student reports will be sent home this Friday. The reports will show your child’s progress towards their goals and what they have been learning in their class during this semester. Next term SSG meetings will take place for you to discuss this report and your child’s progress with their classroom teacher.

Have a safe holiday and we look forward to seeing everyone next term.

Thanks, Rhonda
