Cool Careers on TikTok

TikTok isn’t just a place where you can watch funny videos and learn new dances; you can also find out about some pretty cool careers on there as well. Lots of people are starting to put up videos of their jobs, and it’s a great way to get a sneak-peek into heaps of interesting careers. Here are some awesome careers and people you might like to check out:

Antarctic Scientist - Could you imagine living in the South Pole? Well, that’s what Toni on ice (@antwuhnet) does. Toni has posted videos showcasing the incredible landscape of Antarctica, as well as what it’s like to live in one of the coldest places on Earth. You also get to meet some of the other scientists she works with and see what they do. www.tiktok.com/@antwuhnet?

Pilot - If it’s your dream to soar through the skies, make sure you check out @pascalklr’s videos. Get some awesome views from way up high and a sneak-peek of the cockpit. He also has a YouTube channel with some cool videos as well. www.tiktok.com/@pascalklr

Nurse – One of the most crucial workers over the past 12 months have been nurses. Tasha’s (@nursefriend) videos let us see what a day in the life of a nurse is like. She posts everything from educational videos, study tips for nursing students, glimpses of her working day, and some pretty funny videos as well. www.tiktok.com/@nursefriend

Farmer - Want to know what life in the country is like? Look no further than Farmer Jess (@missfarming).

See what it’s like living with and handling a wide variety of animals. Cows, sheep, pigs, horses – there’s a bit of everything. It might not be easy work, but it certainly is rewarding for Jess. www.tiktok.com/@missfarming

Designer - Danny Wang (@dannywangdesign) is an interior and exterior designer, and he posts some seriously mind-blowing transformations on his TikTok. See some of his awesome (and expensive) designs come to life. You also get to see some of his crew at work building and installing the cool features. www.tiktok.com/@dannywangdesign

Arborist - Like working in the Outdoors? Then the work done by R&A Tree Service (@ra_treeservice) might be right up your alley. The process of seeing a huge tree come down is pretty satisfying, but we’re definitely glad we don’t have to be the people climbing them! If you don’t have a fear of heights, it could be perfect for you though. www.tiktok.com/@ra_treeservice
