Anthology

Everybody has a story in them. Anthology 2019

Finally, Anthology Week has arrived at Arlington. The Kindergarten, Lighthouse, Lofties, Sunroom, Peppercorns, as well as all of the teachers, have filled the Hall to write stories, poems, songs and anything else that inspires them for Anthology Week.

The Hall is transformed for a week with large round communal tables and small break off areas.  The stairs are lined with children and the peaceful areas behind the curtain allow for quieter moments.

Tables are filled with paper, water colours, pencils, crayons,  pastels, coloured chalk, lap tops, computers, calligraphy pens and ink to inspire the author within.

The teachers are story writers and can also be scribes, helping to record stories along the way so they don't get lost.

When Anthology is over, all of the children's work, should they choose to share, is published ready for the world to see!
