Hockey Success

Congratulations to Chloe Russell in Year 8 who has been accepted into the Victorian U15 Girls’ Blue Hockey team. This is an amazing opportunity for Chloe. She will play in the National Championships in Sydney from the 5th to the 13th of April. Chloe will be travelling to Melbourne twice a week for training: a huge commitment indeed!

We wish Chloe every success with her training and look forward to hearing of her results in April.

Hockey Season - 2017

An email was sent out during the week requesting names of students wishing to play hockey this year. If you have not already responded to this could you please let us know by the weekend. The Association meets Monday night and we would like to have an idea of the number of teams we will be entering.

If you have any questions regarding the 2017 season please feel free to contact either of us. Information on training times, costs and the season dates will be provided once the meeting has clarified the arrangements for the season ahead.

Boys should email their interest to Mr. MacLean: maclean@hamiltoncollege.vic.edu.au

Girls need to email Miss Waldron – kwaldron@hamiltoncollege.vic.edu.au

Team App

These have been set up for many our sports so far this current season and are a great way to get instant notifications and messages on their smartphones or iPad about what is happening in the sport. Players and/or parents should get an email from the head of sport or coach setting them up and then can request to join. For more information, you can download “Team App” in the app stores or go to www.teamapp.com and start searching for “College” teams.
