CareMonkey - Student Medical Information

As previously advised, the College has decided to change the way medical information for the students is collected to an online system.  Parents should have received an email from CareMonkey, who are our provider for the online information, similar to the attached email requesting you to complete Care Profiles for your children.  Thank you to those who have already responded.  Reminder emails will continue to be sent until the student profiles are completed.

I have attached the following fact sheets to assist you to complete the Care Profiles for your Children:

• Create a Care Profile without an account
• Create a Care Profile with an existing account
• How to sign the Signature Box
• Uploading Anaphylaxis or Asthma Action Plan

There is also a help chat box on the CareMonkey website that is available when you are completing the care profile.

If you have not received an e-mail please contact the Business Office to ensure that the College has your current email address.

MyPEC Access

Due to works associated with the All Weather Synthetic Sports Field there will be no access available from Shakespeare Street to myPEC at the Pavilion/Western end until further notice.
