LUNCH FOR STAFF

On Thursday, the VCAL Hospitality students cooked pre ordered meals of Butter Chicken or Chicken/Tofu and Vegetable  Stir Fry for the staff.  Students were required to set up an on line order form for staff to fill out and then figure out the ingredients, quantities and cost to staff for their orders.  Students spent an hour preparing and then an hour cooking and packaging meals ready for pick up.

 

It was a tasty treat for staff.
