RUOK? DAY 2022

Thursday 8th of September was RUOK? Day. RUOK? mission is to inspire and empower people to meaningfully connect with those in their world and lend support when they are struggling with life.

People aware of RUOK? agree the campaign’s work to reduce the stigma associated with seeking help for mental health issues and are six times more likely to reach out to someone who might be experiencing personal difficulties.

On this day KSC had many activities to promote RUOK?

The students started the day with pancakes, a homeroom presentation then lunch activities that included  trivia, a movie in the library, cupcakes, colouring in, crafts, face painting, nail polish, a disco and a photo booth!
