Another quarter and financial year has ended, our CI achievements for the last quarter have been posted on the noticeboard in the staffroom for all staff to read. A copy of our self-assessment, current CI plan and achievements can also be found in the display cupboard in the staff room. 

I would like to thank all of the amazing staff I have worked with over the past 11 and a half years. The work you do on the floor always has the resident’s best interests in mind and is something you should all be proud of. It is not easy saying good bye to some of my colleagues who have become more like family. 

I wish you all the best in the future as I take off on my next adventure,

We would like to thank Cassie for all her hard work and dedication to ECA. We wish her every success and her infectious personality will be missed by all.
