ECA Home Care is now seeking expressions of interest for passionate and motivated people to join our team to deliver a wide range of care and services that empower older people to enjoy their independence enabling enhanced living in their own home.   

We are seeking caring people who respect the individuality of our consumers, use initiative and work independently, and are committed to providing excellence in care and service.

Home care workers assist the client with a range of services promoting wellness and independence in their own homes.  As a Home Care Worker you would be providing care and services such as:

• Domestic assistance – household cleaning 
• Personal assistance – showering, toileting, grooming, personal hygiene etc.
• Social support – community involvement
• Meal Preparation – grocery shopping, cutting & preparing meals
• Transport – to and from non-urgent medical appointments, social outings

Skills & Experiences

• Excellent communication skills
• Good Customer Service Skills
• Good organisational & time management skills
• Reliable and Trustworthy
• Hold a current driver’s license
• Current First Aid Certificate 
• Current National Police Check
