Principal's News

Mr Rodrigues

Dear Families,

I certainly have my fingers tightly crossed that we will back at school next Wednesday. Thank you all again for the support you provide in managing children who have to be learning from home. I think the most frustrating part of these lockdowns is the uncertainty it can cause, however, as we have discussed as a staff we must continue to plan for our normal programs and stay as positive as we can, for our children. Whilst, of course there are times we must cancel events we will always do our best to try and reschedule these wherever possible and communicate any changes as soon as we are able. If you are ever in doubt as to what is happening here at Trinity please do not ever hesitate to give us a call or email at the office so that we can help you.

This week I have included each levels Term Learning Overviews so that families can see exactly what is being covered throughout the term. Please see the links below and if you have any questions you can contact your child's teacher via email.

Fr Trung's Installation Mass

Unfortunately at this stage it seems Fr Trung's installation mass may be postponed until further notice due to the possible restrictions that may still be in force in regard to the numbers allowed for public gatherings. We will keep you informed when this may now be held.

Art Show

'It takes a Village and our Village is Richmond"

As you are all aware this year will be our Biennial Art Show which from what I have heard about previous Art Shows is expected to be a wonderful event for our community. Ms Georgie has already done much great work in Semester One with our children and no doubt Ms Plackett will continue this over the coming weeks. Our Art Show committee will keep you updated about our plans and we look forward to some parent involvement and an exciting experience for us all.

Prep 2022 - Make a Friend afternoon

Our planned afternoon activity for new families joining us next year is still on the calendar for Wednesday 4th August and we are just waiting to get some clear information regarding the rules for gatherings at school. As soon as we can, we will send out an invitation and information about this upcoming event.

Kind Regards
