2022 School Magazine

The 2022 school magazine is now on sale for $27.00 per magazine.  If you wish to order one or more copies, please do so via the Qkr! payment app under “2022 School Magazine”.  The cut-off time/date for magazine orders is strictly 3:00pm on Monday 14th November.  We will not be able to accept orders after this time, so be quick and don’t miss out!

P.E Week

Next week we are celebrating PE week, which is a whole week dedicated to being happy, healthy and active! Select students are heading out to defend our title of Endeavour Cup champions, we are running a whole school scavenger hunt, a PE/Sport Quiz, as well as some staff vs student games and health hustles throughout the week.

Each year, we reach out to families and ask for donations towards our prize packs for our winners throughout the week. Suggestions include: Sports equipment, fidgets, vouchers, fun stationery pencils/erasers. Pre-Loved Uniform Donations

When donating pre-loved uniforms ready for resale, please remember to drop off uniforms in a named bag to the office or the Uniform Shop. If there is no name, we will assume the proceeds of the sale will go towards the building fund. Thank you! 

Wearing of Hats 

From September students are required to wear their hats . Students must have a hat in order to play at school and SPLASH, and to participate in PE lessons. Unfortunately the school isn't able to provide spare hats. Hats are available to purchase through the Uniform Shop. 

Lost Phone

An iPhone 12 with a dark blue flip case was dropped somewhere between the Reception classes and nature play area. If found, please hand into the front office!

St Paul Lutheran School App

The old app is now obsolete and will have to be uninstalled. 

If you are yet to download the St Paul app, here are the instructions. The app has all the contact information you need as a parent of St Paul. This app is different to the QKR! and Seesaw app. This is what you will use to access the St Paul parent portal.  You can contact the school office to obtain your login and password.

Canteen

Rory's School Lunches are continuing to provide canteen services at St Paul in 2022. Orders can be made via the Qkr! app. Please note the cut off time for same day lunch orders is 8:30am. The Rory's Parent hotline number for late orders is 0413 575 800. This is manned from 9:30am. Late orders must be made by 10:30am. Any orders placed after 10:30am will not be delivered in time, and therefore only toasted sandwiches will be available.
