5th December Pupil Free Day
We are having a great Christmas Program for this day with lots of craft and cooking.
Bookings open Monday 21st November. Please don’t send it in before .
Please see the booking form attached. It has also been emailed out to OSHC families.
Children must be enrolled in OSHC before bookings can be taken.
25th November Pupil Free Day
We have planned a great day to Melbourne Zoo for this day.
Booking forms and availability can be found in the OSHC program.
Please contact us on wheelershilloshc@gmail.com or 0409007104 if you need a form.
Ensure you child is enrolled in OSHC before sending in a booking form.
Please get in quick as we have limited places due to bus capacity.
Term 4 Invoice and Payment Dates
As we get closer to the end of the year, invoices will change and include some weeks forward as well as past weeks.
Please be aware that these invoices will be larger than normal.
Invoice dates :
- 21st November includes past two weeks 7th to 18th November (payment date 25th November)
- 5th December includes 21st November to 2nd December and 5th December to 20th December, 4 weeks and 2 days (payment date 9th December)
- 12th December includes all extra/casual bookings made since 5th December
Please remember to give us 2 weeks notification for permanent booking cancellations for the end of the year – particularly if you don’t intend to use Monday 19th and Tuesday 20th December.
Jade is Leaving
You may have heard that Jade is leaving us Friday 25th November.
She is having a well-deserved holiday before beginning her teaching Career next year.
Jade has been a valued part of our team and will be greatly missed by all of the children and staff.
If you see her in the next few weeks, please say goodbye as I know she will miss us all.

Christmas and January Program Dates
- Christmas Program Day – Wednesday 21st December 1 day only.
- OSHC is closed Thursday 22nd December until Friday 6th January
- Jan program 9th January to 25th January - 13 days
- Thursday 26th January closed for Australia Day Public Holiday
- Friday 27th January closed for Team Professional Development Day
- Monday 30th January Before and After School start again
