AN URGENT CALL FOR NETBALL UMPIRES 

There has been a shortage of Netball umpires across the board for many teams this season. Our Sacred Heart Netball Club teams play on Saturdays at Kingsway Sporting Complex and are in great need of two umpires for the 1:00pm game and two more on standby for the 11:30am game.

The Wanneroo Districts Netball Association (WDNA) has changed the requirements and if we do not supply umpires, our Year 12s will have to forfeit.

We would prefer a qualified Green Shirt or C Badge, but WDNA is permitting netballers who are willing to take the 'Rules of Netball' test to umpire. This includes any parents/caregivers, older siblings or non-Sacred Heart students who have played netball and are confident with the game.

It is a challenging year for all in sport and we would really appreciate if you could take up this awesome opportunity for an easy $25 per game. Please message shcnetball@outlook.com or vickylryan@live.com.au if you can assist. Your Year 12s need you!
