Hello super RHPS community,

Winter Walk to School Day...

Wednesday 22nd June is set to be Winter Walk to School Day.  

Families are invited to walk, ride or scoot to school wearing a warm winter beanie. 

The great news is, the RHPS beanies have arrived! They were due to go out Friday, but it's now a curriculum day so they will go out on Monday 20th.  Winter Walk to School Day is the perfect place to wear your new RHPS beanies if you purchased one!

There are several options for walking to school:

- You might be able to simply leave home early and walk to school!

- If you like further away, you could drive to a friend’s place and walk together.

- Or, you might like to drive part of the way, park and then walk the rest of the way. Some suggestions below!

Suggested meeting points:

If you would like to, you can meet at one of the following locations and walk to school with a crew!

Parents are responsible for supervision and safety of their children at all times.  

1. The corner of Timbertop Court and Landscape Drive.

2. Balcombe Reserve, near the Maralee Drive entrance.

3. The corner of Thornton Court and Churchill Drive.

Please aim to arrive at 8.15am.  Please be mindful of locals and where you park.  The walking crews will begin walking at 8.20am sharp. 

Please note, apart from a Winter beanie, the rest of the school uniform must be worn.

Children at OSHC will still be getting involved by going for a morning walk around school.
