Mindfulness and coping with anxiety for families and students
On Tuesday all teachers were preparing for the coming weeks of remote learning. I thank you for your ongoing support of all our staff and the work they are doing to ensure your children have the best possible opportunities to be engaged, learn and stay connected with school.
As we head into the end of week 4 with several weeks ahead of remote learning, some families and students may need additional support and reassurance. These resources can be used to provide guidance and advice on maintaining a positive mindset and remaining calm through these stressful times.
