Axis 

A core feature of our mission as a school is to partner with parents to train up a generation of culture changers.  Our culture today seems to be increasing in hostility toward the church and followers of Jesus.  We want to equip our students not just to survive in that culture but to be agents of change, influencing the world for Christ.

One of the best resources that we have come across to assist parents and schools in that effort is axis.org  Our world is changing at a rapid rate.  New technology, new trends, the latest music, movies, tv shows, social media and video games - Axis is brilliant at helping busy parents keep up with it all.  Their parent guides on a great range of topics are an excellent help for parents.  In addition, their conversation kits include professionally produced videos designed to be watched with teens.  Their very deliberate use of many pop culture references are really engaging for young people whilst still being filled with Biblically sound teaching.

Our school has recently renewed it subscription to an All Axis Pass and we plan to use the conversation video kits with our secondary students.  We have also negotiated with axis to make the All Axis Pass available to parents at a greatly reduced price. This year they have offered us an even better deal for parents  - just $5 (USD) for a 12 month all axis pass.    You can check out some previews of the videos and other material on their website.  A few screenshots of their website can also be seen in the gallery below.
