Daughters of the West is back for 2022!

First held in Ballarat in 2016, the Western Bulldogs Community Foundation has again partnered with the City of Ballarat and Sports Central to deliver the Daughters of the West program this year.

Daughters of the West is a FREE ten-week health program which aims to empower women to improve their health and wellbeing by providing them with the tools, knowledge and support to take control of their health journey.

The program is open to women aged 18 and over, and offers a safe and supportive environment for participants to build upon their health knowledge.

Each weekly session involves:

  • an educational component featuring a guest speaker presenting on a dedicated health topic
  • a physical activity session run by local health experts, designed to suit all fitness levels and abilities

Due to popularity, sessions will be held at two venues:

Venue: Selkirk Stadium

Time: 10:00 am – 12:00 pm

Day: Wednesday

Commencing: 13th July 2022

OR

Venue: Phoenix P-12 Community College, Sebastopol Campus

Time: 7:00pm to 9:00pm

Day: Wednesday

Commencing: 13th July 2022
