Celebrating Education Week

Last Monday there were some fantastic costumes display in the junior classes at our “Come dressed as a decade” assembly which was part of the Education Week celebrations. 

Junior school students also had a fantastic time welcoming their grandparents into the school to show them around their classrooms and introduce them to the classmates.  

Year 2

The Year two class assembly performance was on Monday unfortunately due to performing outside it was a little difficult to hear in parts. For all of you who would like to hear their amazing story in full, here is a video of them performing it later that day.

Year 1

The Year one students have really been enjoying their French lessons this term and are very proud of the fact that they can all count fluently and accurately to twenty in French. They have spent some time learning and practising French greetings and are now beginning to learn the names of some groceries in French.  Please take a look at the attached video of the students showing off their new French language skills.
