Sibling Enrolments

Thank you to all the families who have sent through their enrolment forms and accompanying documentation for their children who are commencing Foundation at Rangeview in 2023. 

If you have not enrolled as yet we would encourage you to do so by Friday 12th August as this will assist with the planning of the transition program, which commences on Thursday 13th October.

Please download and return the completed Student Enrolment Form along with the Get to Know You Form, a copy of the child's Birth Certificate & Immunisation Records and include a copy of your latest electricity or gas bill.  Thank You. 

Foundation 2023 Information Evening

Rangeview Primary School is holding their Foundation 2023 Information Evening on Thursday 19th May at 7pm in the School Hall. Please see the attachment below for more information, including a link for bookings. 

Lost Property 

At this time of year, we find a lot of jumpers and jackets have been left on the school grounds and ended up in our Lost Property tubs in the main corridor. We were lucky enough to receive much-needed assistance from one of our lovely school parents Brooke R, who sorted and labeled many of the items to be returned to the students. Thank you Brooke for your incredible help!

We kindly ask that parents and students check the lost property tubs for uniform, as well as the two cupboards that contain non-uniform items, such as lunchboxes and water bottles.  

Compass User Tips and Reminders

Newsfeeds and notifications are often sent to parents and can be accessed by the Portal and the App.  Sometimes those newsfeeds are not received.  Please make sure you have the App installed on your device and that you are logged in and have ‘notifications’ turned on.  This way you will receive messages as intended.  The Office Team are available to assist you with Compass enquiries.

Parent Helpers and Visitors 

All parent helpers MUST have a valid WWC check, as well as proof of triple vaccination.  If you are not sure if you have already provided a copy to the office, our friendly office staff are happy to check our records for you.  Each visit, please sign in and out at the Compass kiosk at the office, and be sure to collect our new Visitor Passes to wear during your visit. General visitors to the school do not need to show proof of vaccination. 

Notices

Please note that notices are distributed on Wednesdays, so check your children’ bags for any notices. Notices that cover the whole family, will go home with the eldest child. Thank you.

Tax Deductions

A friendly reminder to all our families that payments towards the school building fund and library fund are tax-deductible.  If you were unable to make a payment earlier in the year it is not too late to make a payment to include in this year's tax return.  I  am sure you will all agree that we put these funds to good use with our updates to the school library and the maintenance of our buildings. To our families who have already contributed to these areas we say - thank you!
