Level 2

The Level 2 students have been busy over the last two weeks enjoying lots of different activities. Everyone really enjoyed celebrating Star Wars Day on May the 4th and were excited to turn into Jedi’s for the day.

All the grade 2 classes have been learning new basketball skills on a Tuesday. We have been focusing on our dribbling using both hands and shooting goals.

We learned all about Cyber Safety during our incursion. The incursion was a great continuation of what we have been talking about and exploring in class, on how to stay safe online. The Grade 2’s loved making Mother’s Day cards during the week and we hope that all the mothers had a fantastic day!

Another area that the Grade 2’s have been excelling in is the Premiers Reading Challenge. This has been a fantastic way to encourage students to read. Don’t forget to continue to add your books!
