It’s been an exciting two weeks in PE!  

Here are some of the highlights:  

District Cross Country –  

It has been fantastic to see the level of commitment to training our District Cross Country team have been putting in over the last few weeks. It was great seeing over 35 students attend our weekend training sessions at Ruffey Lake! Thank you to all the parents who have been supporting these sessions. We wish our team of 49 students the best of luck in the Nunawading District Cross Country on Monday the 23rd of May. GO RANGEVIEW!  

Level 5-6 Inter-School Sports -  

Our Level 5-6 Students have been busy training for their Winter Inter-School Sports later this term. The Level 5-6 students will represent Rangeview in Netball, AFL, Soccer, Rounder & T-Ball. We wish them all the best for the days!  

Level 1-2 Basketball Clinics –  

Over the last few weeks our Level 1-2 students have been enjoying basketball clinics from Knox Raiders Basketball Club. Each class will have 4 x 45-minute sessions throughout the term which is providing the students an opportunity to continue building their dribbling, passing and shooting skills. It has been great seeing how much the students have been enjoying them!  

Perceptual Motor Program (PMP) -  

Our Foundation students have been thoroughly enjoying their first sessions of PMP. This program is designed to help improve their coordination, fitness, balance, locomotion and eye-tracking skills. 

Level 6 Seda Sports Day –  

Our Level 6 students had a fantastic day at the Seda college sports day. The students participated in AFL, Basketball and cricket clinics on the day. It was great to see so many smiling faces!  

Run Club –  

It has been fantastic seeing how committed our students have continued to be at Run Club each Tuesday and Thursday morning. Congratulations to all the students who have reached their 100-lap milestone over the past few weeks.

Whitehorse Division Tennis Championships - 

Last Monday Koby and Parth from Level 5 & 6 represented Rangeview at the Whitehorse Division tennis championships in Kew. Congratulations to both the boys who gave it their all on the day and represented Rangeview extremely well!
